Coco Riverside in Phong Nha truly felt like a cozy retreat. Hung and his family offered exceptional service that made me feel right at home. They arranged logistics and even provided rain jackets after a rainy day. The spacious Family Room with Garden View had a wonderful hot shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring. The terrace view of the river and surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Breakfast was especially delightful, especially the delicious Vietnamese bread filled with savory options. However, the lack of a mirror outside the bathroom was inconvenient, especially when occupying the bathroom for makeup. Despite this small issue, the experience was largely fantastic. Each day started with the serene sight of the river and hospitality that was second to none.

Unfortunately, the room itself lacked furniture, making it feel sparse and a bit cold at night. The walls were paper-thin. I could hear conversations and even a knock when making a phone call. Breakfast was quite basic and didn't meet the standard I'd grown accustomed to in Vietnam, making it a disappointing start to the day.

The Double Room with Mountain View was super comfy and spacious. Waking up to that breathtaking river and mountain view was honestly the highlight. The hot shower after a long day was perfect too.
